  4. Silverspike Reverb.it Demo is protected by copyright laws and
  5. international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
  6. property laws and treaties.

  8. The following is a legal agreement between you and the author
  9. for the Silverspike Reverb.it Demo software product (in whole or
  10. in part, including all files, data, and documentation,
  11. from here on referred to as SOFTWARE).
  12. By installing the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms
  13. of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install.

  15. 1.  LICENSE TO USE.

  17. You are allowed to install and use the SOFTWARE for evaluation
  18. purposes only. You are not allowed to use it in "real" audio
  19. productions.

  24. Title to the SOFTWARE and all associated intellectual property
  25. rights is retained by the author. You may not make
  26. copies of the SOFTWARE. You may not modify, decompile,
  27. or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE. You may not distribute the
  28. SOFTWARE in any form or in any way. In particular, you may not sell,
  29. hire or lease the SOFTWARE.

  31. 3.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

  33. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY
  34. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
